Every New Yorker deserves access to good-quality, affordable healthcare, regardless of where they live.

Is it Medicare for all? Is it increased cooperation between hospitals and urgent care facilities? Is it reliable Internet to accommodate telemedicine? It's all that and more. 

• The Federal Government is targeting Medicare for funding cuts. 

• The privatization of health care has led to more hospital closings.

• And huge swaths of rural New York are still without internet service.

But no matter what, Albany needs to stop worrying about the MTA and congestion pricing in New York City and start worrying about the basic rights of New Yorkers to get the health care they deserve.
